{"created":"2023-07-25T08:01:10.440286+00:00","id":10014,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"7804b7e6-51f9-4f49-ad9c-f64160dfe88d"},"_deposit":{"created_by":1,"id":"10014","owners":[1],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"10014"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:rissho.repo.nii.ac.jp:00010014","sets":["11:743:823:900"]},"author_link":["11443","11441","11442","11444"],"item_4_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2015-03-25","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1･2","bibliographicPageEnd":"19","bibliographicPageStart":"4","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"55","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"地域研究"},{"bibliographic_title":"REGIONAL STUDIES","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_4_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究の目的は，岡山県南部における備南千両ナス栽培の推移や栽培農家の経営環境を総合的に明らかにし，その課題を考察することである．岡山県産の野菜のうち，ナスは最多の販売額を有しており，従来，岡山県内で大きな偏りなく生産されていたが，ナス生産量が次第に減少し続け，現在では県の南部を中心とする地域が主産地になっている．本研究では岡山市の児島湾干拓地第七区を調査した．1969年に10人の先駆者がナス栽培を開始し，ナス選果場が1972年に建設された．施設ナス栽培農家数・作付面積や出荷量は，1980年代初頭までは飛躍的に増加したが，その後は停滞・衰退傾向が続いている．ほとんどの農業就業者の年代は50代以上であり，各農家はナス，米，ビール麦を2人か3人で栽培している．施設ナスは，高温多湿のビニールハウスで年中，栽培されている．作業は7月から始まり，湛水除塩と土壌消毒の後，8月に苗を定植し，収穫は10月，暖房は11月から始まる．害虫防除は年中必要であるが最近では農薬使用を減らし，天敵生物や胡麻などのバンカープランツを利用・植栽して，自然環境に配慮しながら病虫害を予防しナスを生産している．JA岡山は，百万都市や地元の中央卸売市場に「備南千両ナス」のブランドで長年，ほぼ周年的に出荷してきたが，最近では減少傾向にある．ナスの販売価格は長期的に安定しているが，諸経費が値上がりし，農業後継者の確保が困難であるなど，課題は多い．","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"The purpose of this study is to explain the temporal change of eggplant cultivation and the overall management of farm households and to consider the challenges in the southern part of Okayama prefecture. 10 pioneers began to cultivate eggplant in greenhouses in 1969 and eggplant sorting plants with a video analysis apparatus was built in 1972. The number of farm households, acreage and shipments increased dramatically until the early 1980s. However, decline or stagnation trend has continued thereafter. Age of agricultural workers is often 50s or older, each farmer has cultivated eggplant, rice, two-rowed malting barley in family management by 2 or 3 persons. Work begins in July. Salinity in the soil below sea level is allowed to flow out with water and soil is disinfected with solar heat. Eggplant seedlings are planted in August, harvest begins in October and heating in November. Pest control is necessary throughout the year, but pesticide use has decreased in recent years. In order to suppress the occurrence of the pests, by combining the bunker crops like sesame and natural enemies such as Amblyseius swirskii and Nesidiocoris tenuis (Reuter) which are sprayed prophylactically, it is efficiently removed the major pests. However, because the prices of agricultural materials and fuel and so on are recently soaring, farm management with a focus on eggplant has become increasingly severe.
