In the first study, we administered a Japanese translation of SMM created by Crum, Salovey, & Achor (2013) in a student sample (N=220) and performed a factor analysis to examine the factorial structure. Results indicated that the SMM had the twofactor structure,“ stress-is-enhancing” mindset and“ stress-is-debilitating” mindset. These two scales have both good scale score reliability and significantly corelated with the subjective health scale. In the second study, effects of stress-mindset interventions were examined. Thirty-nine female university students participated internet-based interventions in which they were presented three“ stress-is-enhancing” messages (mindset-intervention group) or three messages unrelated to the stress (control group) in a week. Results show that the mindset interventions alter scores of SMM and lowered negative emotional responses.}, pages = {37--50}, title = {ストレス・マインドセットの変化が主観的健康に与える影響}, volume = {10}, year = {2019} }
