The one is to demonstrate that basic work skills are improved by a support\nmethod based on  experiential learning theory and causality formation of an action-result . The other is to find more effective\nand more systematic support knowledge by evaluating practice activities. 2 male university students were trained\nfor improving basic work skills by using check sheets based on the support method. As a result, it was confirmed that\nthe support method improved basic work skills. As an effective support, it was important that experienced person advises\nto resolve a stagnation of experiential learning. And generalization and abstraction of causality were also important to\nmake personal theories for work.
