From this aspect, this\narticle focused on the correlational ties between correctional facility and community as one of the\nimportant factors for direct and indirect“ contact”（ Allport, 1954） and discussed the significance of a\ncontact with respect to the social inclusion of former inmates. In this study, I have examined the case\nof the correctional system of CSC （Correctional Service Canada） which successfully expanded the\nrelationship of the correctional facility and its neighboring community. Based on their documents open\nto the public, I have studied their facets and analyzed the implication of their alliance（ linkage） program\nfor the promotion of social inclusion.
