The advantage of this tentative plan is that it differs from existing approaches in its applicability to groups with few members and that it can be used not only for changes in organizations, but also for individual reflective learning. In this study, we demonstrated several examples of its application such as for guidance provided after practical training; interactive learning exercise sessions; leadership training for nurses; as well as training for nursery school staff. In the discussion, we also make several observations on how the following matters proved relevant to the study: the fact that the quality of the“ story” changes greatly depending on the skills of the interviewers and the question of how to properly to train interviewers.}, pages = {65--75}, title = {心理教育的集団リーダーシップ訓練の試み( 6 )―AI ミニ・インタビューによる授業・研修プログラム試案―}, volume = {12}, year = {2014} }
