The advantage of this tentative plan is that it differs from\nexisting approaches in its applicability to groups with few members and that it can be used not only\nfor changes in organizations, but also for individual reflective learning. In this study, we demonstrated\nseveral examples of its application such as for guidance provided after practical training; interactive\nlearning exercise sessions; leadership training for nurses; as well as training for nursery school staff.
