The program consists of three components; a)lecture, b)basic skills training, and c)projectteam experience. In the lecture, participants took the guidance to the program and acquired basic knowledge about the leadership. For basic skills training, 11 kinds of exercise that could carry out in about 90 minutes were suggested. Four kinds of exercise were for self-understanding and understanding another person, three kinds were for communication skills training, and four kinds were for group activity skills training. In the project-team experience, we adopted the“ dialogue approach”, a whole group interaction method focused on conversations including“ World Cafe” and“ Open Space”. Participants formed small teams which aimed for problem solving among themselves, worked on cooperation in the team and presented their outcomes. Finally, it was argued about the significance of the program and some problems.}, pages = {25--44}, title = {心理教育的集団リーダーシップ訓練の試み(3) : 訓練プログラム試案}, volume = {11}, year = {2013} }
