| 内容記述 | 本論文は長野県小布施町の果樹生産の変化と土地利用の変化について述べたものである．結果は以下のとおりである．小布施町では18世紀に果樹生産がすでに行なわれていた．ここでのリンゴ生産は1907年に始まった．リンゴ生産は第二次次世界大戦後に増加した．1968年にリンゴ園面積は616haとなり最高に達した．しかし，1970年代にリンゴ園面積は減少しはじめた．代わりにモモ園やクリ園，巨峰ブドウ園の面積が増加しはじめた．小布施町の農業集落である大島集落の詳細な土地利用変化については以下のとおりである．1969年にはリンゴ園や田が農地の大部分を占め，非常に単純な土地利用であった．しかし，1981年に田は消滅していた．一方，モモ園や巨峰ブドウ園がみられるようになった．1981年から2005年の間でみると，リンゴ園は減少したが，ブドウ園やモモ園は変化がなかったが，クリ園面積がわずかに増加している．大島集落ではリンゴや巨峰ブドウ，モモは集約的に栽培されているが，クリ生産にはそれほど多くの労働力を投下していない．1992年から1995年の間に上信越自動車道が小布施町西部で建設された．上信越自動車道の東側で，小布施総合公園が建設された．この公園は大島集落では広い面積を占めている． | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper deals with changes of fruits growing and land use in Obuse, northeastern Nagano Prefecture. The results are summarized as follows: Chestnut was already grown in the 18th century in Obuse. Cultivation of apple here began in 1907. The rapid expansion of apple growing here was seen after the Second World War. In 1968, the total cultivated area of apple reached the peak of 616 hectares. In the 1970s, however, the area of apple growing began to decrease. From then on, orchards of peach and chestnut and vineyard (Kyoho) began to increase. A detailed survey of the land use in Ojima Settlement, the agricultural settlement in Obuse, shows the following changes. In 1969, apple orchards and rice fields took up most of the agricultural land, showing a very simple pattern of the land use. By 1981, rice fields had disappeared. Furthermore, many peach orchards and Kyoho vineyards were found. Between 1981 and 2005, the area of apple orchards decreased, but the areas of peach orchards and vineyards did not change. A slight increase was seen in the area of chestnut orchards. In Ojima settlement, apple, Kyoho grapes, and peach are grown intensively, whereas chestnut growing does not require much labor as elsewhere. From 1992 to 1995, Joshinetsu Expressway was constructed at the western part of Obuse town. On the eastern side of Joshinetsu Expressway, Obuse Sogo Park was constructed. This park occupies a large area in Ojima settlement. | |||||
