| 内容記述 | The purpose of the present study was to examine effects of adult attachment on help-seeking styles and effects of help-seeking styles on help-seeking adequacy. One hundred twenty-three university students completed a questionnaire measuring help-seeking styles, help-seeking adequacy, help-seeking inadequacy and adult attachment. As the result of structural equation modeling, attachment anxiety showed positive relations to excessive help seeking and avoidant help seeking. Attachment avoidance showed negative relations to self-directed help seeking and excessive help seeking, and positive relations to avoidant help seeking. Moreover, excessive help seeking was positively related to help-seeking inadequacy, while self-directed help seeking and avoidant help seeking were positively related to helpseeking adequacy. |

| 内容記述 | 本研究では愛着が援助要請スタイルに与える影響及び、援助要請スタイルが援助要請行動の適切性に与える影響を検討した。大学生127名が質問紙に回答した。共分散構造分析の結果、不安は援助要請過剰型と援助要請回避型に正の影響を与えていた。回避は援助要請過剰型と援助要請自立型に負の、援助要請回避型に正の影響を与えていた。また援助要請過剰型は不適切な援助要請に関連し、援助要請自立型と援助要請回避型は適切な援助要請に関連を示した。 | |||||||||
