| 内容記述 | This paper is the third report of an investigation into the reclamation of the Hachirō-Lagoon. The industry of the Hachirō-Lagoon region is chiefly of the primary industry than the secondary industry. But in this report I describe about the industrial location of the soy boiled preserved food industry and the sake industry. These are specialities in the Hachirō-Lagoon region. This soy boiled preserved food is a traditional industry that has been in production due to the pond fish that can be captured in the Hachirō-Lagoon. Its industrial location depends chiefly on conditions of raw materials and the labors of farmers during the slack season and so on. The sake industry has a chief position in the industry of Akita prefecture and its development depends on perfect conditions of good raw material rice, hard water and market area, superior sake brewers, efforts of the founders and so on. Ultimately, if the above conditions are maintained the industry in this region can expect further development in the future. | |||||
